The term "bored out" usually means that the cylinder has been bored to a new dimension. In this case it would mean that the 'original' dimension was 75mm. It has been rebored to a new dimension, whatever that is. Re-boring is necessary when increasing the diameter of the piston. It does require a automotive machinist to accomplish this job and to obtain the correct clearances. Dependent on the type of cylinder, it may require replating of the cylinder walls, ie: 'Nikasil'.

That means the cylinders have been bored out an additional .030 of an inch, I think.

If you mean: 3/4 then it is 75%
Sounds like a 343 to me. But for parts its a 283 bored 60 over
its called nothing because you wouldn't have a ENGINE left if you bored it 4" over
bored
Assuming you mean a fraction, the answer would be 17/25 use your calculator...
I think you mean to say "me aburri" which means "I'm bored or I'm getting bored"
75/100 ÷ 75/75 = 3/4
