It would depend on the type and brand of transaxle. The gear-drive units use a grease, Bentonite in the Peerless and Spicer has its own custom grease. The hydro units use 10W30 motor oil of SH or better.

Place mower near street with FREE MOWER sign. That is the best way to remove the clutch/drive on this POS mower.

That depends in the model and what transaxle it had. Typically it will be by the shifter that you grab to put it into reverse.
It can depend on the make and model of the transaxle. But, typically they use a 20W50 motol oil in the transaxle.

Pins on the brake disk on transaxle are rusty and stuck.
Mine is doing the same. It is still under warranty, but they will not honor the warranty, so I do not know what else to do.
