87 Octane
87 octane unleaded. There is no benefit to running higher octane fuel in the VLX. The only caution is fuel with a heavy ethanol content as the ethanol can attract water when sitting for a while which will cause problems with the carburetor. (Personal experience.)
91 octane or higher.
about 250mph on pavement with racing fuel/high octane mix. And don't forget to put tranny oil and jet fuel into the gear box. and where do you get jet fuel you may ask? I have hook-ups(steal it) at the airport.
have you tried higher octane fuel?
30 straight weight
injected
NO
When owning a motor vehicle it is important to know its fuel economy. A Honda cbr 600 generally gets between 37 mpg and 45 mpg.
36 front, 42 rear.. messure in cold
I just paid $600 at a Honda dealer to replace fuel pump in a 2002 Honda Civic. Delray Beach, Florida
2.9 US gallons, with .9 gallons of that as reserve.
That Is a lower compression, high rpm enine so you need to use premium, 90 octane minimum, preferably 91.
