I checked a number of different sites and most recommend 40:1. One user recommended 50:1 and the Mac I had a few years ago, as I recall, recommended that mix. The slightly richer mixture of 40:1 is always safe but it will smoke a little more.

Lossen the two bolts on the side of the chain bar, then use a straight screwdriver and straight under the chain turn the screw clockwise, don't tighten it to much, make sure it still turns, then tighten the bar bolts
