It does not. My 09, as well as all other year KTM atvs, have a carb. Same goes for the 500's.
ktm dont do 500 2ts anymore they were made in the 90s but anyway the top speed would be max 96mph but up to 70mph they are f***king animals and you would be holding on literaly with your fingernails!
