it depends really i have the same bike and i do 40:1 ratio that's 16oz to every 5gal of gas

the rm 250 goes 90mph the rm 250 goes 90mph The one you get from the dealer goes about 65 to 70mph - 5speed close ratio transmission with a big rear sprocket....it might have 45hp, but doesn't have the legs to go 90mph.
