Under the gas tank. By removing the tank, you can see the coils mounted on the frame, above the engine.
Not the answer you're looking for, but I own a 1998 Valkyrie Standard, and I run a car tire that's mounted to the stock wheel/rim. I was tired of getting only about 7000 mi from my motorcycle tires, (both dunlap III and Bridgestone), for about $200, and found that a bunch of guys are running on car tires... I chose a Falken from a list of about 5 or 6 that the guys I found were running, I paid $85, and should get about 35000 miles from it, Im already at nearly 10K and it still looks new. If you need more info on this you can write me at nekeroom@yahoo.com

Depends on mileage, condition, and model Honda Accord you're referring to. Click the link and look up the value for yourself.
On a 1998 Honda Valkyrie motorcycle, the fuse panel is typically located under the seat. To access it, you'll need to remove the seat by unscrewing the bolts or fasteners that secure it. Once the seat is removed, the fuse panel should be visible, allowing you to check or replace any blown fuses. Always refer to the owner's manual for specific instructions and fuse specifications.
