I own a 1998 VL Intruder. Keep the tyre pressures up and the steering improves dramatically. I imagine different tyre treads also would make a difference. Other than that, I think it's a great bike. Steve, South Australia
what tyre pressure do you need for pougeot 307 rapier
Could be any of the following: Wrong tyre pressure. Wrong combination of tyres. Excessive tyre wear. Swing arm bush failure. Front or rear shocks need oil. Headstock bearings loose.
front trye is 120/70/zr17=36 psi and rear tyre is 180/55/zr17=36 psi
The tyre pressure depends on the tyres you have. Most will indicate on the tyre the suggested pressure, near the tyre manufactures name and dimensions.
As the tyre rotates, friction between the tyre and road plus the radiant heat from the brakes causes the pressure to rise in the tyre. You can get blow off valves that are set to a given pressure and will release any excess. Tyre pressures should always be adjusted cold.
reccomended pressure is printed on the sidewall of the tyre.
The recommended pressure for the tyre... will be embossed on the tyre wall ! It's moulded there during the forming process !
The most accurate and reliable tyre pressure gauge for maintaining proper tyre pressure is a digital gauge. Digital gauges provide precise readings and are less prone to human error compared to analog gauges. It is important to choose a gauge that is easy to use and has a reputation for accuracy.
Front Tyre:25 psi Rear Tyre:35 psi
Look at the tyre itself and there you find the tyre pressure e.g 35 psi. I inflated mine and the sensor when off.
It should have a max pressure on the tyre.
