ive been researching some things on 250 motors there usually .002 exhaust and .003 for intake i wouldnt go any tighter than .003 for the intake, check your current valve clearance if it .004 for intake take it down a thousand of a mm
They are to set @ .005 in
.13mm or .005inch
.006 on the intake and .011 on exhaust
Intake valve: 0.05 - 0.10mm (0.002 - 0.004inch) exhaust valve: 0.08 - 0.13mm (0.003 - 0.005inch)
.095 is the Honda spec i have the service manual
Intake .10 to .15 mm Exhaust .17 to .22 mm

The valve clearance for a Suzuki Ozark 250 typically is set at 0.10 mm (0.004 inches) for the intake valves and 0.15 mm (0.006 inches) for the exhaust valves. It's important to check the owner's manual or service manual for the most accurate specifications, as they can vary slightly by model year. Regular maintenance of valve clearance helps ensure optimal engine performance and longevity.
intake 0.05mm-0.09mm (0.002"-0.004") exhaust 0.11mm-0.15mm (0.004"-0.006")
does not have a pcv valve just breather hose from valve cover to intake
