I run amsoil 10w-40 full synthetic in mine. the manual says 10w-40,10w-50,20w-40,and20w-50. make sure to get an oil for a motorcycle, jaso certified to be safe as the 7r has a wet clutch. some people say you should only run semi-synthetic, I have never had a problem with the amsoil full synthetic. I would make sure to not skimp and get a quality product as the 7r is a performance motorcycle and turns a lot of rpms. last part is just my opinion.
10w40
10w30
GL5 or 6
10w30 synthetic would be the best you can use.
Nothing goes in there the only oil that lubricates the motor is in the gas
I would use 10w30 Synthetic in your air cooled engine.
any kind of oil you want to use as long as it says( MOTORCYCLE OIL )look at auto zone hell go to your dealer
Two stroke oil. Preferably high quality or synthetic, 40:1 ratio.
SAE 10w30. I recommend you use synthetic in this air cooled engine.
To adjust the headlights on a 1999 Kawasaki ZX7R, you need to locate the adjustment screws, which are typically found on the back of the headlight assembly. Use a flathead screwdriver to turn the screws, adjusting the vertical and horizontal alignment of the beam. It's best to do this while the bike is on a level surface and ideally against a wall or garage door to check the alignment. Make small adjustments and test the headlights to ensure proper illumination.
i use 5w-30 but u can use straight 30 weight. 30 weights just thicker.
