I would use JASO-MA or MA2 approved 15-40 W oil. If the engine is worn, use a 20 - 40 W or 15- 50 W. In an extreme case with a very worn engine emitting black smoke I would use single grade 40 W oil. The JASO specification is mandatory in order to protect the wet clutch from slippage.
