the numbers on the oil determine the viscosity of it (thickness) so it means that after the engine warms up the oil will either be thinner or thicker for a certain amount of time, but to answer the question for the bike the best bet would be Castrol SAE 10W-40. that's what i use for my bike.(07 ninja 650). but if you find better let me know.
