You can use any 10 W 40 engine oil that is intended for motorcycles. Don't use energy conserving oils as they will damage the clutch.
Since you didn't mention the exact model, I've researched all four Honda Motorcycle models in 1983, with 1100cc engines. These include the 1983 Honda CB1100F Super Sport 1100 (valued at $3,515 retail), the 1983 Honda GL1100A Gold Wing Aspencade(valued at $3,030 retail), the 1983 Honda GL1100I Gold Wing Interstate (valued at $2,550 retail), and the 1983 Honda GL1100 Gold Wing (valued at $2,420 retail).
3.6 quarts.
One down, and 4 up. They are all the same.
By changing the engine oil, that covers it.
Manual for the 1979-81 Honda Goldwing 1100 states "inlet 0.1mm, exhaust 0.13mm" hope that helps, bye.

The bike is low enough. You really don't want it lower. The lower parts might hit while in a tight corner.
