Riding on the outside of a vehicle is generally considered unsafe and is illegal in many places. It may only be permissible in certain controlled environments, such as during a parade or a film production, where safety measures are in place. Always prioritize safety and abide by local laws regarding vehicle operation. For personal safety, it's best to remain inside the vehicle at all times.
