a fuseable link is just a length of wire that will carry a certain load. check the awg (american wire guage) ratings and install that size wire at the power source of that circuit
A quick test without an ohm meter would be to pull on the suspected fuseable link wire. If it is blown it will stretch line a rubber band.

FUseable link or corrisio on the wires
At The Battery Junction Block And At The Starter Solenoid
A blown fuseable link could do that.
The only fusible link is for the alternator. It is at the positive battery cable.
Fuse, screw in or plug, circuit breaker, fuseable link
IS THE FUSE IN IT BLOWN? If not get a battery and a test light. You will probably have to cut the fuseable link out. touch one wire end to the battery and make a circuit with it, if the test light doesn't light up and the fuse isn't blown it is bad
the fusible link on that vehicle is the porcelain ballast resistor on the firewall
Check circuit breaker or fuseable link.
there will be a circuit breaker or fuseable link instead of a fuse.
