Yes, the 1100. On the right side, where the oil filler cap is, if you look down there you will see a little window with a screw head in the center of the glass. Its a little hard to see, but its there. The best way is to have the bike on the center stand, have someone start the engine for you, and with as flash lite pointed to the window, have that person stop the engine, you will see the oil settle down and be able to see where the level is in the glass. A bit primative, but that's the best way. The 1200's got lucky and have a dip stick.
I use Motul 10w40. Check with your local dealer.
Goldwing motorcycles are a Honda product. They are sold at businesses who are licensed dealers of Honda. Check local and online listings for availability of for sale by owner.
Check the side panel, left side, just under the seat.
If you look at the diff. you will see a drain plug and a re-fill plug. Check with your local dealer for the right oil.

To check the oil on a 1993 Honda Goldwing, first ensure the motorcycle is on a level surface and the engine is warm but not hot. Locate the dipstick, which is typically found on the right side of the engine. Remove the dipstick, wipe it clean, reinsert it without screwing it in, and then remove it again to check the oil level. The oil should be within the marked range; if it’s low, add the appropriate type of oil as specified in the owner’s manual.
The 1100 has what is refered to as a wet clutch. The same oil that is used for the motor oil is used for the transmission. Because of this it is very important to use oil that is labeled "Wet Clutch Compatable". You can get this through your Honda dealer or motorcycle shop.

To check the transmission oil on a Honda Goldwing 1500, first ensure the motorcycle is on a level surface and the engine is warm. Locate the transmission dipstick, which is typically found near the rear of the engine. Remove the dipstick, wipe it clean, reinsert it without screwing it in, and then remove it again to check the oil level. The oil should be within the designated marks on the dipstick; if it’s low, add the appropriate transmission oil as specified in the owner's manual.
You will have to start with the basic things. Do you have fuel ? and do you have spark ? check these 2 things first.
