Does the Polaroid Spectra 1200 FF take a battery?
The gl 1200 model is from 1984 to 1987. The only difference that shows in my manual is valve timing and maybe a few other things, unless it is fuel injected, or the aspencade model. Otherwise I do not see a problem. If you have the engine on the bench, then might be a good idea to change the stator and check the clutch.
please help how to adjust valves for 84 Honda golwing 1200 cc thanks
If your 1984 Aspencade 1200 is jumping out of gear into neutral, it could be due to several factors. Common causes include worn or damaged shift forks, a failing transmission, or improper clutch adjustment. Additionally, low transmission fluid or issues with the shift linkage could also lead to this problem. It's advisable to have a mechanic inspect the motorcycle to diagnose the exact cause and recommend repairs.
