Follow the cable down to a reservoir adjacent to the steering head.
Behind the headlight bucket. It's a remote reservoir and a pain in the neck to clean out, work on.

remove the seat scoot the gas tank toward the rear and its a little black box with an Allen wrench cap(be carefull not to strip the cap as it is made of plastic and will strip easilly)

The spark plug gap in a Yamaha Seca is 1/2. It can be easily obtained and is very affordable and likely to be replaced by the owner. It is a quick replacement.
There is NO WAY a stock Seca 2 will do 140. About 115-120, which isn't bad.
