I am assuming that it is the same as a 2004 CRF450R where the transmission drain is on the left hand side at the rear of the shifter and inset just below the drive sproket. It is a 12mm head bolt that looks like an engine casing bolt. Likewise the engine drain plug also looks like an engine case bolt and is located just forward of the toe part of the shifter and is a 10mm head. Both plugs are on the side of the casing as opposed to underneath which can be confusing. Hope this helps, Chris.
