The oil fill location is under the seat. It is near the dip stick.
add oil till full
There is a hole in the front diff guard, thats where you add it (remove the nut). On the left side of the diff there is another nut remove it to drain before adding.
To check the oil level on a Kawasaki Mule 610, first ensure the vehicle is on a level surface and the engine is off. Remove the dipstick from the oil filler neck, wipe it clean, then reinsert it without screwing it back in. Remove it again and check the oil level; it should be between the "L" (low) and "H" (high) marks. If necessary, add the appropriate oil type until the level reaches the desired mark.
To add gear oil to a Kawasaki Mule 600, locate the gear oil fill plug on the front differential. Remove the fill plug using the appropriate tool, and then use a funnel to pour the recommended gear oil into the opening until it reaches the proper level, usually just below the fill hole. Always check your owner's manual for the specific type and amount of gear oil required. After adding, replace the fill plug securely.
You need a special tool from Kawasaki to hold the drive pulley. The Kawasaki part number for the tool is 57001-1520. After you remove the convertor cover. You remove the drive pulley by bolting the tool on the three upper bolts then take off the drive pulley nut (left hand threads). Once the pulley is off take the belt off the driven pulley then you can reinstall the new belt. You also have to check the belt deflection. Put a straight edge from the belt on the drive pulley to the belt on the driven pulley. Using a ruller push down on the belt. The deflection should be no more than 1". If it is I would take the ATV to a Kawasaki dealer. They will need to add or subtract springs and shims from the drive pulley. If the old belt has never been change you might be OK by just replacing it. I have not tried to take the drive pulley off without using the special tool from kawasaki. The best thing you can do is go to RepairManuals.com and look up a KVF650 2003, you can buy the OEM repair manual for $60.00 plus about $6.00 shipping. It has saved me a lot of money.

You line up the decimals with the thousandths and put the decimal straight down from where it is and just add with the decimal in the same spot.
To calculate the difference between 1000 BC and 2010 AD, you add the two years together since there is no year zero in the transition from BC to AD. This results in a difference of 3010 years (1000 years from 1000 BC to 1 AD, plus 2010 years from 1 AD to 2010 AD). Thus, there are 3010 years between 1000 BC and 2010 AD.
