it the 5/8 hex bolt on left front of the sump pan. you will need 1 quart of Harley Transmission and primary oil.
one is engine oil drain plug and the other is transmission oil drain plug

The 2000 Harley-Davidson Classic oil drain plug is located on the bottom of the oil pan. The drain plug can be removed with a 916 socket.

The 2003 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softtail transmission drain plug is on the bottom of the transmission. The drain plug is flush with the bottom of the transmission. You can remove it with a half inch ratchet.
To replace the oil pan gasket on a Harley Ultra Classic, first, drain the engine oil and remove the oil drain plug. Then, detach the oil pan by unscrewing the bolts that secure it in place. Clean the mating surfaces thoroughly, install the new gasket, and reattach the oil pan with the correct torque specifications. Finally, refill the engine with oil and check for leaks.

look on the bottom of the oil pan right side by the exaust. it takes a 5/8 socket.
On a 1993 Harley Davidson Low Rider custom, the transmission drain plug is underneath the transmission. The filler plug is on the side of the transmission case.
It's on the right / bottom side of the transmission it's a 5/8 hex head plug with a 1/4 Allen in the middle of it . There are two of these plugs under there the other one is to drain the transmission, drain them both if you are changing the oil.
