Take the 2 screws off of the throttle where the electric start button is and look to see if the is a little like 3/8 tube type thing that is stopping your throttle from going all the way down not all x1s have a governor on them if so that's where its going to be and be carefully if you take it off if you rev it too hard or ride it to fast like just flooring it it could end up in blowing a piston or worse hope this helps
X1 is taller and little bigger but x7 is faster.
please does anyone have a diagram to ire a ninja x1 pocket bike?

On most pocket bikes, there is no speed Governor. They are just slow. The only Governor on a pocket bike is the lack of displacement, horse power and a transmission.
X2 is cause it has CVT Transmission which means runs on belt and it goes around 40-45mph.
it could be posible it just depends on what you youse
The Ninja GT Superbike X1 Super Pocket Rocket uses a 2 stroke engine.
you cant adjust the govener on a pocket bike because it does not have one
The governor is the screw by the throttle on the hand grip take it out and no more governor.
Pocket bikes, also known as mini motorcycles are not designed to be ridden on public streets or highways.
X1 Pocket bike should be about the same but wiring colors may be different. I'm in the same boat. But I need the turnsignals clearified...my bike didn't have any. Bottom of page @ http://www.rnrfabrication.com/wiring.htm
Generally speaking Super Pocket bikes have Honda Clone 110cc engines. They do not have governors on them.
