yes they are all the same
The exhaust restrictor is located inside the exhaust pipe where it comes out of the head.
In the exhuast pipe where it meets the cylinder remove the gastket in there and it will feel like a real bike
To install an exhaust restrictor on a Yamaha PW80, first, locate the exhaust pipe and remove it from the cylinder head by unscrewing the bolts. Once the pipe is detached, insert the exhaust restrictor into the pipe at the designated position, ensuring it fits snugly. Reattach the exhaust pipe to the cylinder head, securing it with the bolts, and double-check for any leaks. Finally, start the bike to ensure the restrictor is functioning properly.

All Yamaha PW80 s have 3 semi automatic gears ( no clutch lever etc )
It all depends on condition, if its a nice clean pw80 about 800-1200. hope this helped
They are pretty simple, wiring wise. Here is a diagram from a 2001. http://www.weeksmotorcycle.com/pw80-wiring-diagrams.html
