maybe if u have an adult in the carr with u:)) --------------- you can drive with any number of people in the car up until 10pm then the passangers can only be one under 21 and the rest over 21 . i think , go to the local police station and get a copy of the rules and reg's book so youi can know for sure......
Edit: That depends on your local laws. It is different in each state. Where I grew up, You could only have two passengers under 25, and could not be driving at all after 10pm. Like above, check with the local police.
Insurance is likely to be more expensive for someone under the age of 25. Your rate will depend on your credit history, type of car you drive, number of miles you drive as well as your coverage.
Yes
only if the friend is over 21 years of age and a licensed driver.
Its illegal to drive in South Africa, anywhere, under the age of 18
In Ohio, emancipation age is 17.

To drive a scooter, you can be under 16, as long as it has no more than 50 cc engine. To drive a real motorcycle, anything above 50 cc, you have to have a class 6A, and have to be 16 or older.
You can drive with some American driving licenses in France (not all states have their license recognized as valid), but never under age 18 which is the legal minimum age to drive.
WELL, YOU ARE UNDER AGE. And that age is inappropriate age to have a boy friend. But, one of my mates have her boy friend at the age of 9. But, she's a bad influences i think for younger kids. So it's not good, but you could. BUT, STILL NOT GOOD!
