The original wiring will work just fine. The only difference from LED to your old lights is the way they work. Incandesent VS light emitting diode. Simply change to LED bulbs or replace your turn signal housings if you must. You will not need to change the wiring.

you haven't said what kind of led lighting. ie turn signals, under lighting and what colors.
YES Turn lamps showing to the rear can be RED / AMBER / CLEAR Turn lamps showing to the front can be AMBER / CLEAR
For the most part no, but there if they are too bright, you can get ticketed.
To connect a 3-wire LED light to a 2-wire system, you can use a resistor to bridge the extra wire. Connect the positive wire of the LED light to the positive wire of the system, and the negative wire of the LED light to the negative wire of the system. Use a resistor to connect the extra wire of the LED light to either the positive or negative wire of the system. This will help regulate the voltage and ensure the LED light functions properly.
The function of the LED wire is usually printed on the data sheet or packaging of the LED component. It is also commonly printed on the wire or lead of the LED itself, indicating positive and negative terminals.
LED bicycle turn signals enhance safety and visibility for cyclists on the road by providing a clear and bright indication of the cyclist's intended direction to other road users. This helps to reduce the risk of accidents by making the cyclist's movements more predictable and noticeable, especially in low light conditions or when visibility is poor.
To wire a beacon light, add the proper resistor to the LED. Then bypass the decoder and wire the LED's cathode and anode to the opposite rails.

To wire a double-ended LED tube for optimal performance and safety, make sure to follow these steps: Turn off the power supply before starting the installation. Remove the existing fluorescent tube and ballast. Connect the live wire to one end of the LED tube and the neutral wire to the other end. Ensure a secure connection by using proper connectors or terminal blocks. Double-check the wiring to avoid any loose connections or exposed wires. Test the LED tube to ensure it is working properly before securing it in place. By following these steps, you can wire a double-ended LED tube correctly for optimal performance and safety.
The term 'wire to wire' in any sport means the player/team led the competition from the beginning to the end.
The flat side marks the cathode, or negative wire coming out of the LED. Make sure that the wire on the flat side is connected to ground.
