A GATSO speed camera
one hundred and twenty miles per hour
Faster than other cars
they restrict the amount of air and fuel going into the engine
Yes, and I saw the result of that while living in Germany. Two cars hit headon going at the same speed. It was a mess. One was a VW Beetle and there was nothing left but the back seat. They had to airlift the driver out.
The meaning of Autobahn is free, open, unrestricted, and fast. The Autobahn in Germany is used for testing cars for speed to this day. When in the passing lane, watch for approaching cars' headlights. One flash get over. Two flashes get over NOW!
45mph Trick question but It's actually your going 20 mph
King of Cars - 2006 Closing the Deal 1-10 was released on: USA: 2006
Never, since they are travelling in opposite directions.. . . but probably not the one the algebra book's authors intended....If you assume that "opposite directions" means the cars are travelling towards each other, their closing speed (i.e. relative speed) is 105 mph. That means they'll meet in 100/105 hours, or slightly more than 57 minutes.
Speed A + Speed B = Speed Combined Unless they hit each other. Then, under Newton's Third Law, it's (Speed A + Speed B) / 2 = Combined Collision Force IE, if two cars hit each other head-on, both going 50mph, it's the same force as a single car hitting a wall at 50mph. (i.e. The impact force does not double; because you have to divide the absorption force of a second vehicle, which cancels out half of the force)
It's used for the speedometer and the cars ECU (computer). It tells both how fast your going.
