The worst thing to cause traction problems while driving is driving on ice or snow-covered roads. These conditions significantly reduce tire grip, making it difficult to accelerate, brake, or steer effectively. Additionally, wet leaves, gravel, or oil slicks can also lead to loss of traction, increasing the risk of accidents. Proper tires and cautious driving are essential in these conditions to maintain control of the vehicle.

I've ran my tractors that way, but the only thing I noticed that on soft ground is the full tire did sink lower. I would suspect that running sideways on a slope may cause the side with the full tire if ran on the down hill side might cause a roll over! Since it's much heavier, I avoided getting into that situation by never driving on a slope like that, plus it may cause uneven pulling owing to the fact that a filled tire has more traction. I would either run both full if you need the extra traction, or both empty if you don't.
