You need:
-To have opened battleground
-Some Pokemon over lvl 80
-To know how to use the DS options
(This trick is best to use on Pokemon under lvl 50)
1-Go to survival area
2-Grab the Pokemon over lvl 80 and the Pokemon you want to train
3-Go to the battleground house (The one next to the hospital)
4-Put the Pokemon you wanna train first in line
5-Find someone to battle and switch out the low level Pokemon with a high level
(This is the first thing you must do. Nothing else!)
6-Beat up the enemy Pokemon and the low level Pokemon an MAYBE your high level Pokemon will get some exp.
7-When you have batteled everyone you go out of the house and save your game.
8-Then turn off the DS
9-turn it on again, but don't go to the Pokemon game.
10-Go to the DS options and change the time to 23:59
11-Save your changes and turn off the DS
12-turn it on again and go to the Pokemon game
13-When you have arrived the game again, DON'T go into the battleground before the clock is showing 00:00.
14-When the time is 00:00 you can go into the house again and do this over and over again ;)
