∙ 10y agoNo, not all white people hate all black people. Most people go their entire lives without hating other people.
There are some whites that hate blacks, just like there will be some blacks that hate whites. It is not just confined to black and white. Racism can be found in just about any culture. It's not a good thing, but it seems to have been around for as long as written history has existed. Hopefully, as people become more educated, this type of mindset will eventually decrease.
