The company, once located in California, was well known in the seventies for tape equipment (reel-to-reel, cassette, 8-track, microcassette, and car stereos). Now I believe it is owned by the LG (Goldstar) group of Korea. The original companies products were manufactured largely by Sanyo and Pioneer, which would explain their decent quality. If you do a search on ebay for Craig under Vintage Electronics, there is always plenty to see. Nowdays, you are probably only getting re-branded LG goods. It seems to me, the older car stereos sounded quite good. And the older items on ebay, are always for sale in good working order...without excuses. I hope this helps clear up your interest.
