All rights protected in the constitution are basically the human rights. But nowadays the definition of human rights is basic fairness. For example, we can't make someone our slave just because they're black. Or we can't sell someone just because they're a woman. We can't fire someone because they have brown hair. And we can't do those things because it's discrimination, and discrimination is unconstitutional. It's basically a circle.
