What was Sebastians michaelis real name?
I'd say Sebastián is based on Raum, at least in the anime. I haven't read the manga. We see him take the form of a crow a few times, which is somewhat of a giveaway, but he also has other characteristics of Raum. Another clue is that he used a tetragrammaton - talisman for love; one of the Lesser Keys of Solomon in which Raum as listed as one of the 72 demons. Raum is able to invoke love as one his powers. The fact that he is also an Earl of Hell is just a lovely irony. On a side note, I believe that Claude Faustus is Tsuchigumo, a Japanese spider demon. Since they don't come from the same mythology one way to determine the stronger would be a sort of race, which makes that series a little more fun.

Why Sebastian didn't get the soul of ciel phantomhive?
No. Unfortunately for Sebastian, during the battle with Angela/Ash his arm that contained the seal for his contract with Ciel was torn off, thus voiding the contract between the two. This gave another demon Claude Faustus, the chance to steal Ciel's soul leaving him in a comatose like state. (by taking his ring I'm assuming) Later when Sebastian is able to retrieve Ciel's ring from the Trancy household (Alois Trancy and his butler Claude Faustus) Sebastian is able to revive Ciel, however, Ciel has no memory prior to the incident and remembers nothing of the revenge against Angela/Ash and the Queen. So in order for Sebastian to consume his soul, Sebastian must help Ciel take revenge again. However, Sebastian is not the only one after Ciel's soul, Claude is also looking to devour Ciel's soul, So Sebastian and Claude decide on an agreement that will make Alois Trancy (Claude's current master) the Target of Ciel's revenge (Their doing this to prepare Ciel's one of a kind soul to fit their appetite which will be even better when Ciel has completed his quest for revenge). When the revenge is completed either butler will have the chance of devouring Ciel's soul.

No, but this will contain spoilers. :/ In the first one Ciel's soul gets stolen right before Sebastian was going to take it. It was taken by Claude. In the end a boy named Alois Trancy makes a deal with and demon to make sure neither Claude nor Sebastian get Ciel's soul. Ciel becomes a demon in the end. :/
Why does Alois want Ciel?
Because both Sebastian and Claude wanted Ciel's soul, and Claude just used Alois as a tool. All Alois wanted was someone to care about him, but Claude only cared about taking Ceil's soul. So Alois wanted Ceil to feel his loneliness while Alois got attention.
