You don't have to use streaming-just make sure you are not paying for it. Streaming ability cost extra last time I checked. look at your plan and make any needed changes if you are signed up for it.
Yes, they do.
It must be Netflix. Netflix has a large library for excellent movies, TV shows, and other content. But Netflix has some download limits. For example, if your iPhone's version is below iOS 9, you can't use the Netflix app to download videos. But there is a tool called NoteBurner Netflix Video Downloader that can help you download Netflix videos in MP4 format, and then you can transfer them to any device for watching.
Netflix does not offer any Pokémon titles for streaming.
You can use iTunes or Netflix or any other streaming website

No, the Thirteenth Year is currently not available for streaming or for DVD rental on Netflix. The film released in 1999 never had a giant distribution for availability and any DVD or VHS is considered extremely rare.
No, you need a Clearplay DVD player in order to use the service. Netflix doesn't show ads or previews or any other DVD surplus stuff, so it isn't necessary with streaming movies.

You open up Safari, or any internet browser you may have, and type in Netflix.com or Google "Netflix". You sign up for an account, and there you go. If you do not have certain things on your mac that allow you to stream movies, it will tell you before hand so that you can download it and continue streaming movies.
it costs the same becouse you are still streaming it through the internet to that device. you may still use that account on your pc and any other gaming devices.
Selection, not so great as they are mostly older movies. Streaming is great when paired with the PS3. We have not had any "choppy" parts, though if you try to stream on your PC and PS3 at the same time it will take a while to load. I have not had any problems with the streaming, the selection is not always great but if you find the gems, it can be worth it. ie the whole Office series is on there.
