They are all PG-13 due to scenes of brief violence and adult content. Check imdb.com for all your movie questions.
not that i know of.... why is there pg13... if a 13 year old can't watch it, why should anyone
no only in the cartoons
No, none of the films are rated G, other than the PG13 Revenge of the Sith, The Force Awakens & Rogue One, they are PG.
Harleen Francis Quinzel (later known as Harley Quinn) was never in any Batman movies, just graphic novels and tv shows. Harleen began to develop feelings for The Joker when he started raving on about his 'miserable childhood' and 'abusive father' while she was interviewing him in a psychiatric session. Having been in the same circumstances when she was a child she quickly was empathetic and was easier to deceive and manipulate.
He doesn't need permission. There are no age restrictions for G, PG and PG-13 movies. Contrary to popular belief, you do not need a parent to see a PG-13 movie if you're under 13. PG-13 means parental guidance is suggested for kids under 13. That's "suggested," not "mandatory." The only age restrictions are for R and NC-17 movies.

If all movies were free, no one would make any.
All of the Batman movies are very graphic and usually have a cut scene to where his parents are killed. In my opinion there aren't any of the movies that are for young children. The cartoons are not so graphic. Maybe you could screen them yourself and see if you would want your young child to view the movie.
the live-action movies are as follows: Batman, Batman Returns, Batman Forever, Batman and Robin, Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, and The Dark Knight Rises
