They aren't extremely noisy. They useally bray right around feeding time, when a new donkey enters the herd, or when they really want some attention. But the miniature donkey's sweet disposition and friendly personality makes up for any extra noise they make. I personally cannnot imagine life without them. They seem to be addictive..... :)

i have a miniature schnauzer, he is almost one year old. he listens fairly well. at first, when he was still learning his name, it was a little hard at first, almost as if he had selective hearing, but he is over it and max is a wonderful listens wonderfully!!
