No, there is no such thing as a stargate
piggymoo.com has all of stargate, but I'm not sure what gmod is.
No you cannot go through an incoming wormhole. In the Stargate series a wormhole is a one way ride. The one way nature of the Stargates helps to defend the gate from unwanted incursions. Stargates are also only capable of sustaining and artificial wormhole for 38 minutes. It's possible to keep it active for a longer period, but it would take immense amounts of energy.
There are 39 symbols on the stargate (one being the point of origin) and you cant enter the same symbol twice, so the sum is 38*37*36*35*34*33 which is 1,987,690,320 (almost 2 billion) possible gate addresses in the Milky Way. The sum for the Pegasus galaxy is different as there are only 36 symbols (again one being the point of origin), 35*34*33*32*31*30 which is 1,168,675,200 (almost 1.2 billion). However, the majority of these gate addresses DO NOT have stargates. It is not made clear exactly how many stargates there are in any particular galaxy, but Stargate Canon places it as a FEW Hundred Thousand in the Milky Way.
Two views expressed. Please read both. There are stargates on this planet. We did not make them. They were made by other beings. The U.S. and Canadian Governments have worked together to dismiss claims that stargates, a.k.a. wormhole teleportation devices, exist. Many are familiar with a movie called Stargate and the TV series Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis. These shows were created to make us believe that this is all science fiction and that Roswell aliens never existed. They even made a parody of the coverup with episodes featuring a t.v. show called Wormhole Extreme to make it seem even more ridiculous to believe in Stargates.Stephen Hawking said they were real so I'll believe him over any government officials.-----I suppose some people live their life in a world of fiction. The Stargate Show is great for relaxation but in real life we have nothing what so ever to prove that stargates actually exist. It would be nice, and it certainly helps the motion and timespan of a film with instant travels, however it is only a fiction with somewhat plausible facts. If this and that exists, then we could do this and that. There is no power we know of that is able to actually do anything with a gravitational field or force.a gravitational field/force is what a wormhole is all about. With todays technology we do not know what actually causes gravity. All we know is that greater mass causes greater gravity. We have no means of manipulating gravity except in moving mass from one place to another. What we do know is that gravity is everywhere, and we can not manipulate it by electric currents or magnetic fields.^ the above paragraph is now moot with the data seen from experiments at the Large Hadron Collider in Switzerland. read up on that particle accelerator and dark matter discovery.
As real as real can be!

It is a triple stargate. For more information, look into Astrology & the meaning of stargates.
You cannot build one, it is a specific planet type. all stargates exist from the beginning of the round.

2 things 1. stargates don't exist 2. they do, in multiplayer a server host can get a plugin for them, what they do is allow people to instantly travel to places in worlds hope this helps
The only planet from our solar system that has been mentioned in the Stargate series is Earth. Other planets do not have stargates, since from the beginning the planets are not habitable.

It was never revealed the exact number of stargates. The only number ever given as to how many is in the thousands. I doubt an actual number will ever be given as new gates are revealed nearly every episode of Stargate Universe and Stargate Command has no idea where the Universe crew is. Theoretically though there can be millions if not billions of gate combinations. There are atleast 62 million possible gates for each galaxy using the known 7 symbol addresses and an additional 32 symbols for an 8 symbol address such as that needed by the Atlantis Series (Why does the word symbol not look like it's spelled right? Maybe it's simbal or symble, who invented this spelling anyway?)

There are several instances where the stargate is horizontal instead of vertical but the gate itself is the same. There are only 4 types of stargates known: the Milky Way gates with their clean lines and earthy tone, the digital gates in Pegasus, and the Gate on board the Destiny (Stargate Universe) and the Ori Supergates
