No, unfortunately. The Rugrats were removed from Universal Studios Hollywood in 2007 when the Nickelodeon Blast Zone play area closed. The Rugrats were also removed from Universal Orlando Resort when the Jimmy Neutron's Nicktoon Blast ride closed down on August 18th, 2011. SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer are the only two Nickelodeon properties that still remain at the Universal parks.

It is still considered a universal solvent.
The Rugrats Movie. Becuse its more family type.
It didn't. Reruns still air on NickToons & TeenNick (as of July 2013)
Rugrats got cancelled in 2004, because they added Kimmy, Dill, and Suzie, so they went down hill. All Grown Up still airs early in the mornings. No, they didn't ruin them. All Grown Up is the sequel to Rugrats.
I think the reason that Rugrats is on TeenNick is because so many people who are teenagers and young adults used to watch it when they were younger. My 26 year old still laughs at Angelica's antics.
