You can not change a PS2 game disc into a PC game disc. There is something called emulation that would allow a PC to play a PS2 game if you can find a workable emulation for the PS2 and set it up in your PC with the PS2 bios you must also get. PCSX2 while still in beta stage is considered the best available and it is free to download. Be warned using an emulator program to play a game is never as easy or trouble free as using the Original Game Console.
