You can not change a PS2 game disc into a PC game disc. There is something called emulation that would allow a PC to play a PS2 game if you can find a workable emulation for the PS2 and set it up in your PC with the PS2 bios you must also get. PCSX2 while still in beta stage is considered the best available and it is free to download. Be warned using an emulator program to play a game is never as easy or trouble free as using the Original Game Console.
PS2 games are never converted to a PC game. A Great PC can with a skillful PC user use an emulator like PCSX2 to actually play a PS2 downloaded copy of a game and some links are provided
By great PC these are the recommendations:
CPU: Core 2 Duo 3.2 GHz or Core-i series
GPU: GeForce 8600 GT or better
2GB RAM (3GB or more if using Windows Vista or Windows 7)
For a example of what they consider a Playable game this definitions is from the related compatibility link:
You can get from 'new game' to 'end credits'. This is regardless of FPS, it simply means you could with a great deal of patience, complete the game! eg: Slow, but stable!
There are 4 categories games can fit in that are not playable also under the related link
No the software that exists converts the PC to run on the PS2 bios and does not convert the games.
There is the PCSX2 that does not convert your game but allows your PC to use your PS2 bios to play some PS2 games
You do not emulators use the PS2 bios to play PS2 games and are difficult to set up and run for someone without any experience or knowledge
Yes there are a number of Sims PS2 games
just go to any electronic store or office supplies and buy an adapter to convert fromusb to ps2 or viceversa
No most do not play any PS2 games and only a few old 4 USB port PS3s play any. All PS3s with 2 USB ports do not play PS2 games. Every PS3 produced after August 2008 does not play PS2 games and neither did the 40 GB models produced before then
You can not download any quick fix to have a PS3 play PS2 games.
No if there was more PS2 titles would be released as PC games after the Gaming Company ran a program to convert the games they owned the rights too. You have to convert your PC to run the PS2 games with PCSX2 and not convert the games to run on a PC
There is the PCSX2 that does not convert your game but allows your PC to use your PS2 bios to play some PS2 games
No games are not converted you can convert the platform or PC with emulation, but not the game.No PS2 games are software designed to run in the PS2 and the PC games software is not designed for the PS2s operation or hardware

no
No there is not the games are not interchangeable and you can never convert a portable PSP into a PS2 console
you r install in PC ps2 emulter and bios and play ps2 games
Games can not be converted. You can convert your PC to play PS2 games or other games with an emulator like the PS2 emulator PCSX2 that also requires a PS2 bios downloads only legally obtainable from your personal PS2. The PC will not be as easy to use playing the PS2 games and requires expert computer skills and knowledge. see related link for the Official English PCSX2 configuration guide v0.9.7
Japanese games have been made for the PS2
there isn't one yet. Psp can only support ps1 games due to system requirements. In other words the PSP does not have the capability to run PS2 games. More to the point the PSP will never play PS2 games. You can not convert the game anyway you convert the Player into something that mimics the PS2. That is how the PCSX2 emulation program allows a PC to play some PS2 game titles and the PS2 bios are required for it to work.
You do not convert a PS2 into a PSP. I don't even understand the question. Do you mean the PS2 games they are PS2 games and will not play on a PSP. A PSP is a Portable Playstation and if could use take a console like the PS2 and turn it into a Portable it still would not be a PSP. Back to the games a PSP is not able to play PS2 or PS3 games because all the hardware needed is not included in a PSP. Even the new PS Vita will only play newly designed more complex games that are still not up to the level of PS2 and PS3 game.
