Racism exists largely in South Africa, racism from black people towards white people exists from some black people. It exists in a great deal from black people in the ruling party, the ANC and recently shown by the leader of the ANC youth league by singing song in public to encourage the killing of whites. There are also racism coming from white people, but fortunately not all whites and all blacks are racists, but racial tensions exists largely.

yes yes and yes allot of people still live in the past and blame apartheid for crime or any other bad experience.We have proven though that sport unites a country we did so by bringing a traditionally white sport into a traditionally black stadium and the response was great things can only get better from here.

On the whole, yes, Black people are treated equally to other people. On a small, person to person relationship there are, and probably always will be, personal prejudices between races.

South Africa has an Equality Court, where anybody who feels they are being discriminated against can bring a court case and get the discrimination ended.

The Constitution of South Africa includes a Bill of Rights, which ensures that everyone is treated equally.

The only legislated inequality is legislation that has the effect of ensuring that large organizations, but especially government departments at national, provincial and local level, do not employ white people, or purchase goods and services from white people, unless there is absolutely no alternative.
