Unfortunately the only talk of there being a third season of Black Butler is from hopeful fans. There is no concrete evidence that would suggest any of it is true.
Much of the first season and the entire second season has strayed so far from the happenings in the Manga that it would be difficult to make a third season that had much to do with the manga aside from having the characters in it.
