As of my last update, there are several mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand, including the Christchurch Mosque and the Al Noor Mosque. The exact number can vary with new establishments or changes, but typically, there are around three to five mosques serving the Muslim community in the area. For the most current information, it's best to check local resources or community organizations.

Hi from Australia. I visited Christchurch in New Zealand a few years ago, and remember it as a small city. I would try the local supermarket to see if there are shelves to stack or collect shopping trolleys/ carts. [Called Trundler in New Zealand.] Also you could do a paper round, ask a newsagent. Perhaps work in the small farms nearby. If you like gardening and cutting lawn or doing chores for old people. Best of luck with your endeavours.
Yes, Britain should. Many famous people come from New Zealand, New zealand is recognised as one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Auckland got 4th in the list of the best cities to live in 2010, Wellington got 12th and Christchurch got 15th. Being a New Zealander myself, i would say Britain is lucky to have New Zealand ias part of the Brittish Empire.
