No, you can not. Teachers are required to be sensitive to any alteration in a child's normal behaviour. If a teacher notices that a normally outgoing child is now sullen and unresponsive for no apparent reason, then they would question the child to try to determine the reason for the child's altered behaviour.
Through a process of elimination, they would try to narrow it down to discover the cause. One of the questions that might be asked is if someone was inappropriately touching the child.
