The first six words of this question are all that really matter.

The answer is no. Unless you want to go to jail, of course.

If there are factors (such as the one you describe) that weren't known to the court at the time the order was issued and you feel these might make a difference , then you need to petition the court to have the custody order changed. You can never just ignore it.
