It takes place in North Carolina.
* If you have joint custody then yes, he does need your permission to take your baby out of the UK. If he has sole custody he can take the baby anywhere he wants.
You can get in trouble for not telling the birth father about the baby. It is not only unfair, but I think he can take you to court.
You contact the court that ordered the payment and tell them. Contact whatever office is listed on the paperwork.
He doesn't want to be the ex baby daddy

Baby Daddy - 2012 Take Her Out of the Ballgame 1-6 is rated/received certificates of: USA:TV-14 USA:TV-14 (DL)
it can take a much possibility that it is a your baby can be a bit dark or the baby can only get the color to his or her mommy or daddy
It doesn't matter if he is or not if you're not currently together; if he's your "baby daddy," you're not his girlfriend, so he can't be cheating. If you two are in a relationship & he is still somehow only your "baby daddy," be mature & ask him straight up. Tell him how you're feeling & tell him you need reassure. DO NOT THREATEN HIM WITH THE BABY OR USE THE BABY AS A "PAWN" TO KEEP HIM AROUND. He can take legal action & you can lose custody completely.
Unless someone other than the child's parents has legal custody, I see nothing illegal about this.
Yes. If he finds you to be an unfit parent, he can very well take legal action & become your child's guardian.
it takes about 1 hour or more depending on the specious
Yes
because he is a "player" im guessing and doesnt want to take care of a baby or its mother because that would mean he has to stop "scoring"
No, and he should not be frightening you with such threats, your baby is not a pawn to be used to threaten you or control you. If you really believe he would try and do this, you should seek help and advice on how to deal with this from social services.
