You can. It's more well known as "Formal Emancipation". If you can prove that you can sustain yourself, (e.g Live healthily, attend school, pay taxes) without illegal funding (e.g dealing drugs, etc) and with a good cause (e.g Physical abuse, bad relationships, etc) then you should be free to have formal emancipation from your house.
