Mother files motion for custody
Absolutely!!! If you can prove that in fact the child was abandoned, you have every right to get custody. Get the child and go to court the next day and don't leave until you have the order in your hands.
Up until the limit of the state, however you should file for custody. see links below
No. Not unless there is a court order to that effect. The custody order should include a visitation schedule for the non-custodial parent unless she has been deemed unfit and for some reasons the court denied visitation. She should return to that court and take the appropriate action by requesting a visitation schedule is there is none. A custodial parent who withholds visits without the authority to do so can lose custody of the child.
He should file an injunction ordering the return of the child.
The child can has to be 18 before they are forced to leave home
General Douglas McArthur vowed to return to the Philippines when forced to leave by the Japanese.

Try to get custody of the child and leave her
no
it depends on your custody papers and what they say... if you have joint custody NO.... if you have residential custody maybe with court allowing it.... if you have sole custody then you would need to inform him but you could leave!!!
That provision can be incorporated into the original custody order or you can file for modification to include it.
Yes if the father has joint custody he may leave the state with the child for a short period for purposes of a vacation.
Yes, if the relationship breaks down and one leave they still have a chance for custody depending on the circumstances and how long they are gone etc.
Yes, if the parents do not "keep" their child with them that implies they leave the child with someone else. That someone else could petition the court for a legal guardianship and gain legal custody of the child. That would be in the best interest of the child and the person with whom the child lives should have legal custody.Yes, if the parents do not "keep" their child with them that implies they leave the child with someone else. As far as i know, you can leave the child with a relative without letting anybody know, but if you leave them in the custody of a babysitter or anything, you must let somebody know, anybody.
No, she is still a child.
