Generally, a police officer cannot force you out of town without a valid legal reason, such as an arrest warrant or if you are causing a disturbance. However, they can ask you to leave a specific area if you are engaged in illegal activity or if you're violating local laws. It's important to understand your rights in such situations and to comply respectfully while seeking clarification about the officer's authority. Always consider consulting legal advice if you're unsure about your rights.

You cannot get past the cop at the Lavender Town radio tower. The guard is always going to be standing in front of the elevator. The cop tells you that the increase in criminal activity in radio towers prompted him to guard the elevator.
Police, cop, someone part of the blue force
An "Air Force Cop" is a Military Policeman (MP) who performs the same duties as a normal police officer on the base, but also does so in foreign countries during times of war.
The cop is suposed to use minimun force required in performing his duty. In case he receives danger signal from the victim, he is authorized to arrest the victim for further introgation.
That's a very tricky and vague question as asked. A cop can't assault anybody unless he has legal justification to do so.
If you are a good cop it may help you get promoted faster. BUT - you must prove to be a 'good cop' first and foremost.
