No, it's still illegal.
See here: http://apps.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=66.44.270 This is the Law. (3) Subsections (1) and (2)(a) of this section do not apply to liquor given or permitted to be given to a person under the age of twenty-one years by a parent or guardian and consumed in the presence of the parent or guardian. This subsection shall not authorize consumption or possession of liquor by a person under the age of twenty-one years on any premises licensed under chapter 66.24 RCW. This is because of freedom of religion, where Catholics consume wine at home with family, so yes it is legal. The police officer taught me this is DARE.
The answer to the question is YES, a minor can drink anywhere it is legal to drink in Ohio if the minor is "supervised by a parent, spouse who is not an underage person, or legal guardian, or the beer or intoxicating liquor is given by a physician in the regular line of the physician's practice, or given for established religious purposes." ORC 4301.69(E)(1). A parent may not host a party for minors who are not their children though. And a parent can't give permission to drink and then not be there to supervise the child. A minor may have a beer with their parent. Now here is the tricky part, try to openly order a beer or a cocktail for your obviously minor child. They can order, try getting served!
A cosign agreement is usually just a financial agreement to cover the rent or damages if your son can't pay. I don't think it has anything to with underage drinking.
Yes but it is not good for you and the person you buy it from will give you a weird look but yes it is legal for a minor to buy an energy drink
The legal age to drink or purchase alcohol in NZ is 18.
that depends on your state laws and if its a suspected DUI. typically, you are allowed to blow around .02 due to trace amounts of alcohol in some medications. try not to do it, not get caught, and never drink and drive
It depends where your from, in New Zealand you are allowed to drink in public at any age as long as you are with your parents.
She is younger than 21, so she not legally allowed to drink.
No, you cannot drink underage in any civilized country.
Well since the child is underage probably, but they really shouldn't.
Drink alcohol and vote.
You cannot drink in a different country such japan 20yrs even if your are legally allowed in your country Australia 18yrs.
Yes, they can. In ORC 4301.69(B) It clearly states - "That beer or intoxicating liquor will be consumed by an underage person on the premises of the accommodations that the person engages or uses, unless the person engaging or using the accommodations is the spouse of the underage person and is not an underage person, or is the parent or legal guardian of all of the underage persons, who consume beer or intoxicating liquor on the premises and that person is on the premises at all times when beer or intoxicating liquor is being consumed by an underage person;" ORC 4301.69 deals with underage persons concerning (liquor laws). It states many times over that an underage spouse or child is free to drink in their guardian or parents presence.
No! No Soldier is allowed to drink in a combat zone. By Regulation a Soldier is not authorized to drink on duty and you are on duty 24/7 in a war zone. The Military will punish those that they catch by taking money rank and personal time back from the Soldiers that are caught.
That will depend on the specific jurisdiction. In some state it is not allowed at all.
its highly doubtful, but for special occasions the commander of the base/unit/command can authorize underage members to be allowed to drink just at that function and if they are not leaving afterwards. (example is for the Marine Corps Ball they normally authorize it)
Yes all the time
