No.
You have to choose Mudkip as a starter and then breed it with Ditto.
nope
You will need to use males of either of the following Pokemon which are Squirtle, Blastoise, Wartortle, Marshtomp, Mudkip, Swampert, Feebas, Milotic, Corsola, Gastrodon, Shellos and Alomomola so that you can breed with Milotic so that a Pokemon Egg will hatch into a Pokemon called Feebas that knows the Mirror Coat move.
Mules are a cross breed of a horse and a donkey. Most mules are sterile and can't bare offspring.
You can't. They are always going to be girls. If you are looking for a boy specifically to breed chanseys and create eggs, you can always breed with a ditto. The egg received will hatch into a happiny, which through happiness, evolves into a chansey.
You have to get a mudkip and breed it
get it to the daycare with a ditto. they get busy and make a mudkip egg

I don't remember getting a mudkip egg in Pokemon Diamond but there is an alternate way I guess. Transfer Mudkip (or its other evolutions) from your GBA games to Diamond using Pal Park. Put the Mudkip (or its other evolutions) into the daycare center with a Ditto or its other compatible matches. Walk for a while (use a bike, its faster) and if you go back the daycare person will say they left an egg. Take the egg and after you have walked a few thousand steps, WAZAM, you have a hatched mudkip.
camerupt its a fire and rock type and you can breed it with torchoal to get a torchoal with erupt
well, you need TO HAVE DITTO! A COOL DITTO! cuz dont worry. if you want mudkip to not EVOLVE USE AN EVERSTONE!
Shiny pokemons are ultra rare.To get a shiny magikarp use your old rod.If your lucky you will get one.If you have shiny gyarados breed it then you can get a shiny magikarp. It will be in gold.
The Gold Magikarp is a shiny Magikarp. It evolves into a red Gyarados. There is a 1 in 8912 chance that the Pokemon you encounter is shiny. This can be reduced to 1 in 2048 chance by using the Masuda method. This is basically when you breed a Magikarp with a foreign Ditto. The egg has a 1 in 2048 chance of being shiny.
In order to breed Pokémon in Sapphire you either have to breed a female with a compatible male Pokémon or either female or male can breed with a Ditto like a female Treecko could breed with a male Mudkip or Whismur.
another gyarados, or a magikarp of the opposite gender. (it should work, I've never tried breeding Gyarados)
you could only get it as a starter Pokemon or trade it or breed it from the daycare get a marshtomp or a swampert and put it with a ditto and it will have an egg
