i think it's most likely that you've reached your full height. normally girls reach full height around 15-16 and with boys it's more like 17-18. still, i guess it's possible that you could grow another inch or so. everyone is different.

You should be doing it ATLEAST 3 times a week. It's not unusual to grow an inch or so from doing yoga, it's differerent for everyone. Some people grow an inch or so from it. it's defenitly worth trying if you feel short and are concerned about your height.
Age, as you grow older (50+) you tend to shrink in height an inch or two. This is because calcium tends to be leached from your bones.

If you have just begun puberty then you will shoot up as your height mostly increases during puberty. But, If you have finished with or ended puberty then you won't grow a single inch. Sorry about that ! But its not my fault ! :D
It is uncommon to grow after age 23, but not unheard of. If you are still growing, anything that would normally increase height will continue to do so - like HGH.
